Resource centre opens in Lahore

LAHORE: On the second anniversary of the Benenson Society of Australia (Pakistan chapter), the National Youth Organisation of Pakistan has opened the first Dialogue Action Research Training School (DARTS) in Lahore. DARTS is a resource centre offering information on aspects of interfaith dialogue, culture, economy, politics, society, education and community development. A “dialogue always creates better understanding and is the only way to break barriers. DARTS is a great contribution to mutual understanding”, said a statement issued by the Benenson Society on Monday. “Only if we share peacefully our thoughts and beliefs, understanding each others’ culture would become much easier,” the statement said. pr
